This is the part where you get to know a little about me.

The state of Washington played a big part in my early years as I was born in Tacoma, spent my grade school years in Zillah (population at that time, less than 1,000), then junior high through college in Ellensburg (located in the exact middle of the state.)

I left Washington when I opted for a job in property management in SunValley, Idaho before beginning a career with the airlines that took me from Idaho to Texas, Utah, New Jersey, New York and finally California.  With airline mergers, I branched into finance and the credit union industry before joining the wonderful world of Realtors. 

I have lived in Southern California for the past twenty some years, twelve in the South Bay area.  I have one daughter, Christy, an actress and producer.  She was my biggest fan when I ran (and finished!) the 25th anniversary Honolulu marathon in December 1997, raising thousands of dollars for the Leukemia Society. 

After I received a strong base in real estate, I joined the professional RE/MAX family in December of 2001, becoming a top producer the following June.

I believe in service. I believe in listening. I believe "there's always a way" and bring that determination and optimisim with me in the transaction. I pride myself on my integrity and honesty and like to tell the story of a young client who told me, "Virginia, I trust you more than my own mother!"
